Downtown Phoenix family seeking consistent caregiver for one 5-year-old boy. Two weekdays per week, 4–5 hour shifts. Another adult works from home. Seeking calm, playful, reliable person comfortable with big energy and emotional coaching. $15–17/hr DOE.
