Growing Tucson family looking for a night nanny for their baby to be! The family will welcome their second child in August. Mom is due August 19th and has a scheduled c-section for that week of August. The family is looking for care for 4-5 nights per week once they are all home from the hospital. The family is looking for newborn childcare support for 2-3 months, or until the baby is sleeping consistently throughout the night. Their ideal schedule is Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday from 9pm to 6am/7am. However, they are flexible on the days of the week and the hours.

Care for their child includes monitoring the baby throughout the night which will include feeding the baby (bottle-feeding or bringing baby to parent for nursing), burping, diapering, soothing the baby back to sleep, as well as creating engaging activities when baby is not asleep at night. They are looking for a caregiver who will keep a log of feeding, sleeping, and diapering for the parents on a shared app. The family is open to increasing the hourly rate if the caregiver is willing to provide light housekeeping support.

The ideal caregiver has previous experience with infant care, is a patient and happy person, and has the ability to offer nurturing and caring support.
