Hi! I’m a working mom (WFH) looking for a reliable sitter for my 20-month-old daughter. I’m looking for flexible, as-needed help only — primarily backup care when she can’t attend daycare.

I’m not able to guarantee set hours, and some days may be same-day or short notice, so I’m hoping to find someone with a flexible schedule who is comfortable with that type of arrangement.

There may also be occasional planned hours during the week or weekends. Must be experienced with toddlers and very hands-on.
