I am looking for a mother’s helper for my two middle school son’s. Biggest thing in addition to being the adult and friend to the kids, its flexibility. I work from home and also have work meetings outside of the home with light travel a handful of days a month. I also have work dinners. The schedule is variable days every week (days depending on my work) from 7:00 AM to 8:30AM and then 3PM+ You will help with morning and afterschool routines such as getting to soccer practice or prepping dinner at times. The boys are with me 1/2 time so expect 10-15 hours per week. We have 2 dogs, very friendly, who need feeding and let outside in the yard. You must be comfortable with pets and have a car.
