My ideal caregiver is loving, patient, and reliable, providing attentive care for my almost 2-year-old daughter. She will pick her up from school at 3 PM, manage meals and snacks, handle diaper changes every 2–3 hours or as needed, and apply eczema ointments. Most of the time, she can stay in a designated room, but occasional outdoor play and short walks are appreciated. Screen time should be limited to 45 minutes. If comfortable, she may use the kitchen for simple meals. The house may be messy due to others and she is not expected to manage it. School pickups may not be required daily, depending on holidays, illness, or my needs.
