​Looking for a friendly and responsible person to help during a private family party at our home in Oakland

​Note: A separate experienced sitter will be responsible ​younger children. ​Your role will primarily involve helping with the older kids​ and light party upkeep​. Parents will also be present at the party.

The role is a mix of kids/event help and light party upkeep:
1) Keep an eye on and engage the kids
2) Help with simple games and activities
3) Clear disposable plates/cups and wipe down counters/surfaces as needed
4) Empty full trash bins and replace liners
5) Occasionally check the bathroom and give the counter/toilet a quick wipe if the kids have left it messy​.

We’re not looking for deep cleaning​ - no scrubbing bathrooms​ or full kitchen cleaning. The idea is simply to help keep the party areas clean and comfortable as the evening goes along.​

** The ideal person is warm with kids​ and comfortable noticing what needs to be done and jumping in without needing a lot of direction. **

Location: Oakland (near Lake Merritt area)
When: Saturday​, Nov 7th, 4:30pm onwards
Duration: ​4:30-7:30p ​(3 h​rs guaranteed)
Pay: $​35/ hour
