We are a neurodiverse family with a 7 year old and a 3 year old. We love music, books, and pop culture. Our 7 year old is non-speaking autistic and our three year old is a chatterbox with a lot of opinions. Both kids have severe food allergies (peanut, egg, and milk).

Duties include: feeding and diapering for both kids, bedtime, dishes and tidying up, help with communication and emotion regulation

Ideal qualities: confident, patient, flexible, special needs experience, respect for disabled folks, ability to handle self-injurious behavior, ability to co-regulate, responsible re allergens

Looking for someone who can do occasional sitting/helping starting soon and is open to transitioning to doing some daytime care for our oldest over the summer.

We live right near the 18 bus line, close to The Cheeseboard. Great area for walking! Driving is a plus but not required.

Sitter will be hired through an agency.
