I have two boys one 3 yr old one 8 months old. The 3yr old goes to Montessori school twice a week. The baby is sleep trained . I wfh about half the week. Our current nanny is moving and that is why we need to find someone. She was great with playing with the 3yr old and multi tasking. She has been with us for almost 2 yrs.

The sitter will need to care for both kids and feed them. Occasionally only one if the other is in school. I usually have food already prepared unless the 3yr old request something different. When they are both napping I would like help with dishes and folding the kids clothes. And occasionally picking up the playroom.

The schedule varies but I have it ready 2 weeks in advance it depends on my husband’s schedule. Start times vary from 8am to 1130 and usually always end around 5 or 530. usually between 28 to 34 hrs per week.
