We’re looking for a warm, playful sitter for our 20-month-old daughter, Paloma, when we’re in Carlsbad (about 3–5 months/year). This is an occasional, flexible role for date nights, events, or a few morning/evening hours. We live 1.5 blocks from the beach and a few blocks from the Village. Paloma is weaned, eats regular food and is potty training. We value gentle, connected parenting, outdoor time, play, music and exploration. We also have a sweet dog who needs no regular care, aside from occasional feeding or love. We’d love someone who can become a trusted part of our family when we’re in town.
