Overview: We are seeking a warm, highly punctual, and communicative nanny to care for our infant son beginning at 4 months old. The ideal candidate is attentive, proactive, and comfortable working alongside parents who work from home.
This is a long-term position beginning when our son is 4 months old and continuing until approximately age 1, with potential to extend. We both work from home and primarily use dedicated offices, though we may occasionally be in shared spaces throughout the day. We value a collaborative dynamic and appreciate flexibility when we occasionally step in to spend time with our son before smoothly transitioning him back to your care.

Key Responsibilities: Manage all daily infant care needs, including diaper changes, dressing, hygiene, and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment; Support feeding routines, including bottle-feeding prepared breastmilk. Mom will breastfeed directly when available; Provide age-appropriate, screen-free developmental activities, including tummy time, reading, sensory play, and interactive engagement; Remain attentive to our baby's emotional and physical needs throughout the day; Comfort with contact naps is highly preferred; The only cleanup expected is tidying toys and areas used during your shift; Maintain proactive, open communication regarding schedules, routines, feedings, naps, and any concerns that arise during the day.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Min. 3 years of professional infant-care experience.
Exceptional reliability, punctuality, and time-management skills.
Physically capable of safely lifting, carrying, and caring for a growing infant throughout the day.
Infant First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain certification immediately.
Safety-focused approach to all aspects of childcare.
Comfortable around pets.

Preferred: Background, coursework, or certification in early childhood development.
