We’re looking for a kind, reliable and proactive personal assistant to support our sweet and energetic 5-year-old with her morning routine and after-school care. Mornings run Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. for three weeks each month, with one week requiring an earlier start from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Afternoons include school pickup at 3:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays with care until 5:00 p.m., and an early pickup at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesdays with care until 4:30 p.m. There will also be occasional drop-offs and pickups for recreational activities (including some weekends) and we’d love someone who can offer full-time support (at least 8 hours/day) during school breaks.

We’re based in Culver City and would love to find someone within 5 miles. You’ll need a reliable car as her school is about 1.9 miles from our home, along with CPR/First Aid certification and the ability to pass a background check. Your day-to-day will include helping with morning routines, school drop-offs and pickups and creating a safe, fun and engaging environment after school. We really value clear communication, consistency and a positive, easygoing attitude.
