We are looking for a babysitter to help us with our three children, ages 6, 10, and 14. We are looking for a sitter who actively seeks positive connections with the kids and who listens to and respects them. We are seeking a sitter for the night of Friday, May 8th and then, depending on the fit, ongoing sitting/support on a regular basis. We are close-knit family with kids who are slow-to-warm to new adults, but who respond very well to someone who is calm, gentle, and flexible. Our youngest is developmentally young and is still working on gaining independence with self-care. The oldest two are pretty independent and all three kids have good relationships with each other.
