Looking for a warm, positive, energetic, and dependable sitter/family helper for our two active boys (ages 7 and almost 4)!

Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays after school, potentially Fridays in the future, plus occasional weekends. Some flexibility to stay a little later is appreciated.

Responsibilities:

School pickup in downtown Palo Alto and outdoor play, park time, sports, games, or other engaging activities

Helping the boys settle in at home, wash hands, unpack lunchboxes and backpacks, and follow their evening routine

Preparing or serving a simple dinner when needed, including independently managing dinner if parents aren't home

Tidying up after meals and activities, plus occasional children's laundry and organizing their belongings

Patiently involving the boys in everyday tasks, encouraging them to clean up after themselves and build independence

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys playing with children, is creative, patient, flexible, and takes initiative without needing constant direction. Experience with ADHD or neurodivergent children is a big plus.

Must be comfortable with our very friendly Labrador!

We'd love to find someone who can become a consistent, caring presence in our boys' lives.
