We are a family of four in Encinitas w a 3 and 5 year old and are looking for a consistent weekly or bi weekly sitter from 430-7pm ideally in Wednesdays. Ideally someone local who is not in school full time or just home for the summer as schedule changes will not be supportive to our needs.

My husband and I are trying to carve out a few hours a week to spend time together and are ready to find someone who can manage a 3 and 5 year old well and be available consistently to help get the kids comfortable. They get home from school by 430 and eat right away and are great w engaged activities etc until starting bedtime routine around 6. They get along but have their moments so must be experienced w this age group!

*Prefer someone who isn't just home for summer

We also have a friendly Lab so must be comfortable around dogs.
