We're an Encinitas family with two kids (ages 5 and 8 yrs) seeking a babysitter up to 2x/week to help with homework afterschool and supervise playtime. Mom will be home to tag team. Must have sense of humor, enjoy reading children's books out loud, tidy up toys before leaving, and know how to co-regulate and redirect. Must be non-smoking, have a reliable car, and agree to Trustline CA background check. Preferred First Aid/CPR certification, relevant experience with Preschool-Elementary children, coursework in Child Development. References from previous families served or relevant work appreciated! :) We have no allergies, no pool, and are a no shoes household. No pets, but we love animals.
