We need a sitter for our preschool-aged son starting on or around August 1. We would love to find someone who is trustworthy, communicative, warm, caring, & fun who spends time engaging with him by playing with him, reading to him, & involving him in/teaching him about whatever you are doing. We want someone who understands the developmental stage and needs of a 3y/o who is learning to manage his emotions & who can help guide him through this learning process without being punitive. We hope to hire someone who can prepare meals/snacks, assist with bath/bedtime, ensure a safe environment, is comfortable around dogs (we have a really old one), & can occasionally pick up our son from preschool.
