I'm a single parent of two young kids, age 6/3, seeking fulltime summer care and part-time afterschool care during school year on certain days each week. I share custody with their mother and we alternate schedules:
Week 1: Mon, Tues, Fri
Week 2: Wed, Thurs

During school year, this job requires 4-5 hour. Driving my personal vehicle from Hayward to Millbrae where the kids go to school.

During the summer, this job will require flexibility for 8 hours beginning at 830am.

The sitter will care for the children, pickup at school, drive them to activities, and prepare meals and snacks.

I know it may be difficult to have such a flexible schedule and I'm willing to discuss a flat weekly rate even though the nanny will be working half the time.
