I’m looking for a kind, patient, and reliable sitter for my 4-year-old son. He’s a sweet and energetic boy with a speech delay, so someone who’s understanding and comfortable communicating in creative or nonverbal ways (like gestures, pictures, or simple language) would be ideal.

We’d love someone who can engage him with play, help encourage communication, and just have fun with him in a supportive way. Experience with speech delays and early childhood development is a plus, but not required—just a caring heart and open mind are most important!
