Hello! My spouse is deployed and I need childcare so I can working my shifts. I have already had to call off five times because I think I find a babysitter but then they canceled right before my shift needs to start. I have already been given a warning. My three year old is very active and fun. His seven month old sister enjoys all of her brother shenanigans. I have Saturday and Sundays marked as needed because I do work weekends occasionally and that will be the full 12 to 13 hours of my shift
