Laguna Beach / Orange County | Part-Time (20–30 hrs/week)

Busy, organized family with two young children (2 years old and 3 months old) and active real estate/short-term rental operations seeking a proactive, detail-oriented personal assistant. This hybrid role supports both business and household needs.

Responsibilities include calendar and email management, travel planning, vendor coordination, errands, rental operations (guest communication, turnovers, supplies), and helping maintain an organized home. Role also includes working alongside and supporting care for our children as needed.

Ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, reliable, and anticipates needs.
