Seeking Responsible Babysitter with Own Car for Junior High Child on Weekdays

We need a responsible babysitter during the weekdays for taking care of our 13 year old sister. She just moved here and ready to explore the world here. Her English level is a beginner, so she needs help with her English. Also needs to prepare dinner, laundry and some light housework.
We r a very respectful and traditional family, hope we can get alone well!!!
