She is super high functioning with some self-regulation challenges at times so good structure, compassion and great communication a must. She loves math and storytelling. Must have experience, want to be an educator, as well as have a car to help drive to appointments. BIPOC and LGBTQ+ friendly. I co-parent so the schedule will rotate weekly between two parents. Transportation to some enrichment activities and appointments needed. Diversity welcome. Spanish speaking a plus.
