Weekend nights only baby sitter

Looking for a sitter to watch our 10 month old at nighttime for a few hours occasionally on Friday or saturday nights. We do have a dog so sitter must be ok with animals. Ideally would love a sitter who could also help occasionally with dog sitting if we were to go out of town.
