We are a close-knit family with a young child who is currently potty training, so consistency and gentle encouragement are important to us. We’re looking for a sitter who can patiently support his potty routine, help with his bedtime routine, and have him settled in bed before 9 p.m. Patience, calm energy, and attentiveness are very important in our home.
