Professional family seeking experienced part-time nanny for preschooler Mon & Wed 9am–2/3pm. $35–$40/hr W2. Structured role includes driving to scheduled appointments/activities (1–2 outings per shift). Must independently manage the day around a provided schedule, anticipate transitions, and confidently lead structured, play-based care supporting communication and regulation. BT/RBT, OTA, SLP-A, preschool, or early intervention background strongly preferred. Looking for someone calm, proactive, and highly organized. Reliable vehicle, valid CA license, CA insurance & CPR required.
