We have 2 kids, a toddler and a 7 month old. The toddler is in daycare and the infant is with a full time nanny. However, sometimes the daycare is closed or the toddler is home sick, and on those days the nanny usually helps take care of him. When this happens we would like to find backup care to take care of the infant while the nanny or ourselves are with the toddler (since they're so young and so close in age we try not to put one person in charge of both of them at once).
