You will prepare simple meals, change diapers, and follow a daily routine. Light cleaning, such as picking up toys, is also part of the job. Patience and creativity are important traits. You should be comfortable with a flexible schedule and ready to handle toddler behavior. Building trust and creating a positive environment is essential. Experience with young children is preferred.
