Afternoon and summer help needed for two easy going boys

I am a working single mom to two boys (13 and 15) living in Mar Vista.
I am looking for a responsible person who can pick up my boys from their school and bring them home. Would love lunch prep and perhaps some dinner prep. Boys are very independent and old enough to manage their homework and activities - just want someone that is responsible for them, get them to aactivities and help me out.
Monday - Thursday - 3-6
Summer Flexible - 3-5 hours a day
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
Responsibilities
- Driving the Kids
- Help with homework
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Light housekeeping
- Light laundry
- Running errands
