Seeking a warm, fun, and reliable sitter to work with our gifted, neurospicy boy. Building rapport is VERY important, so we will prioritize candidates who value connection and can stay for at least one year. Summer only employment will also be considered for the right person.

Hours include 3-4 weekday afternoons (especially Tues/Thur) and potentially one weekend morning for approximately 12-16 hours/week, with downtime during earned screentime.

Responsibilities include non-screen activities (e.g., Skyzone, board games), playing Roblox, preparing snacks/simple dinners, and creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment. Ideal candidates must be able to be silly and enjoy working with a quirky, neurodiverse kid. Must like cats (we have 4!), have reliable transportation, and be comfortable in a busy household (we have 3 teen athletes). Position is payroll and not cash. CPR/First Aid required. Pay is $25/hr. if not driving him and $30/hr. if you can drive him with your car, as needed.
