I'm looking for a kind, active, responsible person to spend 4–6 hours per week with a 4-year-old boy in West Los Angeles. Weekends and some afternoons.

This is more than a traditional babysitting job. I'm hoping to find someone who enjoys being around kids and can become a positive role model, mentor, and activity partner over time.

You do not need to be a professional coach. I'm much more interested in someone who is energetic, patient, dependable, and genuinely enjoys playing and engaging with kids.

The ideal person:

Enjoys sports, outdoor activities, and being active

Likes playing and interacting with young children

Is kind, patient, responsible, and dependable

Is interested in building a consistent relationship with the boys

Can encourage confidence, independence, teamwork, and trying new things

Has experience with children, coaching, mentoring, or childcare (a plus, but not required)

College students, athletes, coaches, education/psychology students, and people with childcare or mentoring experience are all welcome to apply.

The schedule is flexible, approximately 4–6 hours per week, and we'd ideally like someone who can commit for at least a year.
