we're looking for a dependable, patient, and encouraging caregiver for our elementary-aged son. The main priority is helping him get started on homework, stay focused and motivated, and finish assignments and other tasks on time. we'd love someone who can help him follow a schedule and build good routings. we're also looking for someone to spend active time with him and encourage him to get regular exercise, such as going for a walk or playing outside. some days may include school pickup, so a reliable car is required. preparing a simple snack may also be needed. we have a dog, so you should be comfortable around animals. the schedule will be occasional, so flexibility is appreciated.
