We’re looking for a responsible, calm sitter for occasional short evening shifts in Menlo Park, usually around 7:30–9pm. Our baby/toddler will already be asleep, and I’ll be going for a walk nearby while monitoring the baby monitor from my phone. The role is mainly to have someone physically present in the home in case anything comes up. No bedtime routine, feeding, bathing, or housework expected. Prior babysitting experience preferred. Great fit for a local high school or college student. Pay is $45–$50 per visit, depending on experience. Please share your experience, availability, and any local references.
