Role Details: Childcare: Full-time care for the baby (Mom cooks, you feed her), plus afternoon care for the 5yo. Housekeeping: Kids' laundry, tidying baby's play/eating areas, and organizing her room/toys. Nothing crazy! Engagement: Screen-free while actively watching the kids (phone usage is fine during breaks/lunch). Payroll: Paid strictly on the books via Poppins Payroll with State/Federal taxes withheld (no cash, Zelle, or Venmo payments).
