We're looking for an English-speaking babysitter to spend a few hours each weekday afternoon with our 4 yr old The role focuses on: Conversational English exposure Play-based interaction (games, books, simple activities) Helping with transitions after school/pick-up/light meal prep. This is not a housekeeping role were mainly looking for someone who enjoys talking, playing, and connecting with young children. Ideal candidate: Fluent/native English speaker Gentle, patient, and emotionally attuned Prior childcare or babysitting experience preferred Location: Milpitas (next to great mall) Hours: 3 hours/day, weekdays Pay: Competitive depending on experience
