It’s just me, a single father and my 10 y/o son. We just moved into the area. I work from home so most of the time he and are good, but from time to time I need someone to just keep an eye on him when I go out. He’s a typical kid, who is into video games and YouTube. Game Theory and BFDI are some of his favorites.

He mostly takes care of himself, he just needs someone to keep him company. He loves to tell people about his ideas and things that he loves so you should be prepared sit through a few info dump sessions ?

In the end I just need someone who can be responsible in case it’s needed and to play with him and give him attention

We live in a new development so the address doesn’t show up in a few maps (Google has it just fine).
