A warm and loving Palo Alto family is seeking an emotionally attuned caregiver to support their sweet 7-month-old baby boy. Flexible weekday shifts (3–4 hours) with occasional weekend availability preferred.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
-Create and implement developmentally appropriate activities for each stage of infancy.
-Read books often and engage in play that supports growth and learning.
-Prepare healthy, age-appropriate meals for the baby.
-Offer gentle care in a parent-led partnership.
-CPR/First Aid Certified.
-2+ years of experience with infants.
-Strong knowledge of infant developmental stages.
-Comfortable with meal prep.
-Caring, organized, and friendly personality.
