After-school nanny/family assistant for 3 school-age boys (6, 8, middle school). Seeking a reliable, proactive person who enjoys working with older kids and can provide structure and positive guidance. Primary focus is our 8-year-old, who benefits from support with focus and routines.

Responsibilities: school pickup and driving, homework help for younger kids, preparing snacks, organizing afternoons, engaging in play, and supporting strategies from therapists (no formal therapy required). Light child-related tidying.

Ideal candidate is dependable, organized, takes initiative, and communicates well. Experience with learning differences, ADHD, or ASD is a plus. Clean driving record required.
