Me (Mom) work from home M/W PM and goes on business trips quarterly.
Dad works from home most days except on periodic business trips.

My daughter Olivia is 13 months & very active. Takes about 2-3 naps. Enjoys walking. Climbs everything, climbs out of walker (had to makeshift straps). Will get into trouble if you let her.

Properly use your time: everything returned to its proper place, restore home to condition it was given, laundry if needed, meal prep/feed baby, teach her ABCs, help w/her development. Since sitters have told me YES & did none of the above, all pay greater than $16.50/hr will only happen after probationary period.
