Household Manager / Governess
Calling all Maria’s! A household of 7 with 5, soon to be 6, children, are in need of your special touch!
We are looking for an inspiring individual passionate about children, creating a joyous, ordered, and positive environment for our children of various ages to learn and thrive, and a natural teacher who feels values-aligned with our existing family culture:

Core skills needed:
A positive attitude
Patience, skills for talking through (4-6 year old) big emotions
Experience calmly helping kids work through conflict resolution
Ability to drive safely and reliably (radius: between Fair Oaks and El Dorado Hills)
Organizational skills
Light housekeeping skills (sweeping, tidying, dishes)
Comfortable prepping basic meals
Bonus skills:
Teaching experience/credentials
Experience with various learning models (like Montessori)
All musical skills at any level
All other creative skills:
Art, drama/theatre, writing, etc.
Cooking and/or nutritional knowledge/experience
