We're looking for a calm, consistent caregiver for our 15-year-old son with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). He's a fun kid who thrives with structure, clear routines, and predictable boundaries. His main challenges include impulse control and tech/screen time management, so we need someone who can hold firm limits kindly without escalating. Experience with FASD, neurodevelopmental disabilities, or teens with executive function challenges is strongly preferred. Must be patient, warm, and able to redirect calmly. Right attitude, self-regulation, and resilience matters as much as credentials.
