We're a loving family seeking a warm, intuitive, and proactive helper for our two bright, verbal kids (boy, 7 & girl, 4), both on the autism spectrum. We're looking for someone who truly engages, matching their energy levels, creating playful and intentionally growth-oriented activities, and finding joy in their unique personalities. Help with school pickups, light housework (dishes, laundry, tidying), and being a calm, steady presence, especially for our son, who very occasionally struggles with aggression (mostly kicking). We'll provide training. You must speak fluent English and be authorized to work in the U. S. If you love helping unique kids thrive, we'd love to meet you!
