The biggest help would be caring for our little one during the hours our work schedules overlap.

My partner works sporting events throughout the Bay Area, so his schedule changes depending on event dates and times, with occasional travel.

Realistically, we need care sometime between 9:00 AM–4:30 PM, depending on my partner’s schedule. The exact days and hours may vary week to week, so flexibility would be helpful.

We’d prefer someone who can watch our toddler in their own home, and ideally someone located near my job to make drop-off and pickup easier.
