Hi! I own a small business and my wife is a neurology medical resident at UCSF. Our daughter is 18 months old and is happy and social. 
We have family help more than half of the time but are looking for an occasional on-call babysitter to help on other weekdays for 3 hours from 8-11am. We have some flexibility on the days worked so please let me know your schedule, and how much/little you are hoping to work!
