We're looking for a kind, reliable babysitter for our energetic 6-year-old in San Jose. She's creative, active, and thrives with movement, structure, and consistent boundaries. She has ADHD, so we'd love someone experienced with neurodivergent kids who uses positive reinforcement and helps her practice coping skills. She's in a Spanish-English bilingual school, so Spanish-speaking is preferred.

We need help with school pickup on Tuesdays and occasional evenings as well transport to activities, swimming, or the park.

Light housekeeping related to her care is appreciated, like encouraging cleanup and helping with tasks she's still learning. Homework help and routine support are a plus. Must have a car, be CPR certified, nonsmoking, and pet-friendly (we have two dogs and two cats).
