I seek a reliable babysitter for my three children, aged 18 months, 7 and 13 years old. It may be one or all of the children at once. This would be for when work assignments happen at the last minute, or preplanned times when I am out away. It would require helping feed the little one, and with naps. The older two would have meals ready and can generally care for themselves.
