English speaking sitter who can engage a 3 year old

We are a family of three. I am a stay at home mom and my kid is 3 years old.
I am looking for a sitter who is fluent in English and can engage my kid at home in activities like reading , pretend play , arts and ball games.
We live in Sunnyvale downtown right in front of target. Timings would be 5.30 to 7.30 pm
