We're looking for someone to pick up our preschooler from school in Menlo Park and spend a couple of hours with him three days a week at our home in Sunnyvale. We're hoping to start June 9 for the summer, and if it's a good fit, continue something similar during the school year plus occasional weekend babysitting.

We have a cat and a 45lb dog who can be anxious/fearful around strangers. We don't expect you to care for them, but you'll need to spend some time getting to know the dog before regular babysitting can begin. Familiarity with fearful dog behavior and body language would be ideal but not required (we've guided family members through the warm up phase and can do the same for you).
