We’re looking for a warm, reliable occasional sitter to help with our two boys (ages 2 and 4) in West LA. We’re especially hoping to find someone who speaks Mandarin/Chinese and can help us create more opportunities for the kids to hear and use Mandarin naturally through everyday conversation, play, books, and activities.

Responsibilities include:
* Picking up our 4-year-old from school (within walking distance)
* Caring for and playing with both boys
* Speaking Mandarin with the kids during play and everyday routines
* Helping with bath time and getting ready for dinner
* Kids’ laundry
* Tidying kids’ bedrooms and play areas
* Helping with age-appropriate homework/reading
* Occasionally returning library books

We’re looking for someone warm, dependable, patient, and comfortable caring for two young children. We’d love someone who genuinely enjoys talking and playing with kids and can make Mandarin feel fun and natural rather than like a formal lesson.
