Hello sitters! Please stop here if you do not have any experience in ASL. We need a babysitter for our Deaf 4 year old boy. He will begin TK in the fall and will need afterschool care. The position starts around August 3rd, with a flexible start date. You will work from about 1:30 PM to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. The ideal candidate has a car, is comfortable with a cat in the home, and has experience with special needs. You must also know some sign language- we will pay you more based on your experience. This job involves engaging with one child and creating a safe, engaging, fun, and supportive environment. We look forward to hearing from you!
