We have three teens, a 4-year-old, and a newborn on the way. This isn't our first rodeo we run a strict daily schedule and need a professional who thrives in a structured environment. Mom works from home. The position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Currently, you will provide full-time care for our 4-year-old, following a set routine. Once the newborn arrives, the role transitions to primary infant care. Must have extensive experience with toddlers and newborns, a reliable vehicle with a clean driving record for local errands, and CPR/First Aid certification. We are looking for someone grounded, punctual, and high-energy who can multitask in a busy household.
